Event Description:
Welcome to the 4th Annual Great Saratoga Block Party: Grass Volleyball Tournament!
We'll be running a Kids Camp (8:30 - 10:00 AM) and Adult/Juniors 4v4 RevCo Tournament.
The tournament will be held at the East Side Recreational Park in Saratoga Springs, NY on the Football field. We'll have a Live DJ, vendors, food, and giveaways.
All proceeds will go to benefit Saratoga Springs Friends of Recreation, a 501 c3 committed to financing youth sports programs, funding camp scholarships for children in need, and improving local playgrounds and sport facilities in Saratoga Springs, New York.

Tournament: Reverse Co-Ed 4v4: $180 per team before April 1st, $200 per team after.
Novice - New to volleyball or have only played in recreational or beer leagues.
Intermediate - Have competed in tournaments before and played at a B or BB level. An understanding of and ability to abide by beach volleyball rules.
Advanced - A/AA/Open Level Volleyball
Schedule: Official schedule is TBD please expect to arrive by 9:30am.
Rules: Reverse Co-Ed 4v4
Minimum 1 male and 1 female on the court at all times.
Standard Beach Volleyball Rules
Women's height net, men cannot jump in front of the 10 foot line.
Kids Camp:
Cost: $10 per player
Kids Camp Schedule: Small groups will be created based on ages and skill level. All aspects of the game will be taught through drills and exercises that focus on passing, setting, hitting and serving. The staff will help players grow the fundamental skills of the game through game-based drills.
Tournament Schedule:
Captains meeting at 9:45 AM
Play begins at 10:00 AM
All teams will play at least 7 games of volleyball throughout the day
