Practice an invigorating asana sequence that brings people to the next level of their practice starting and ending with pranayama breathing techniques to heat and then cool the body. This Maha Sadhana is fantastic to teach the foundation of yoga skills and the ideas behind the yoga system that delivers full spectrum health and healing. Raghunath Cappo (born Ray Cappo) is a prominent figure known for his journey from a hardcore punk musician to a spiritual teacher and yoga instructor. He was the frontman of the influential hardcore bands Youth of Today and Shelter, and later became a celibate monk at a Hare Krishna Bhakti Ashram for six years. Now, he dedicates himself to teaching yoga, leading retreats, and spreading ancient wisdom, including through his podcast "Wisdom of the Sages" and his book "From Punk to Monk: A Memoir," according to multiple sources.
