Join your hosts Lin Murphy and Molly Brindle and learn to let life flow like water as you sample the sacred mineral springs of the Saratoga Spa State Park and learn of their healing properties. Participate in a blessing of the waters and get grounded in the elements of nature with a mindful Shinrin-yoku (Forest Bathing) walk. Meet near the Spa Park Education Center on the grassy area by the geyser. Please wear closed-toe shoes socks and pants to prevent tick bites. Children 12 and under are free.
