Beach Class at Ed Walline

Calling all beach and fitness lovers to join the fun in the sun with Aly Gray.
Each Tuesday, meet at Ed Walline Beach access (across from Skunk Gully) at 8:30am and crush a light weight, high energy workout! Classes are open to all fitness levels, all you need is a set of 1-5lb DBs, a mat and a smile.

Shoes are optional. If you do not have your own weights, Aly has extra at a first come first serve basis.
