*Holotropic Breathwork involves breathing fully and deeply for sustained periods of time (up to an hour or longer), usually at a quicker pace than one normally breathes.
A trained facilitator monitors each journeyer's breath to be sure the inhalations and exhalations remain equally full and deep so that there is coherence and balance with oxygen and carbon dioxide levels. As such, the breath is hugely therapeutic!
