HMOC & Gospel Swamp Farm's "Art at the Farm"

Come prepared to get dirty as we create art together! Each month HMOC’s own Gospel Swamp Farm hosts “Art at the Farm”, our hands on immersive art workshops and gardening lesson featuring a new large format art installation that the community helps create to be exhibited on HMOC grounds. Suitable for all ages and open to the public

This month's art at the farm will be on Sunday August 17th from 11am-12:15pm and we will be learning about Making Natural Pigments and painting. The gardening lesson will be on the same day from 12:30pm-1:30pm, on the topic of the History of Marigolds.

Admission to art at the farm and the garden lessons will be included with purchase of an Open House ticket and includes the historic Kellogg House self led tour and access to our 12 acre property. Entrance is paid at the gate with cash or card for non-members, $10/$5 for children 12 and under or at https://givebutter.com/HMOCAugustOpenHouse

Gospel Swamp Farm is an urban farm and living seed library where visitors learn about horticulture, sustainable farming, explore the grounds and the Children's Sensory Garden.

Gospel Swamp Natural Area is open to self-led trail walks and one of the few places left in central Orange County with federally designated and protected wetlands.
