Retreat Cost: $150.00 includes: four meals (Friday dinner, Saturday lunch and dinner, and Sunday lunch), your own 6-8 ft. table for crafting, a page kit, and door prizes.

Sugar & Spice kits, priced from $5.99, will be available for purchase for the duration of the retreat.
A rummage sale area where sellers will be asked to label items with first and last name plus price. A seating chart will be included on the event schedule so buyers can find sellers to make payment. This space will not be managed by the host, so buying and selling in the rummage area will be on an honor system.
Creative challenges and make-n-takes will be available for an additional cost. Costs to complete these projects will begin at $2 with proceeds going to charitable organizations.
You are invited to bring a snack and/or drink to share. (Water, ice, and coffee will be provided.)
Lodging is available at Santa's Lodge for a reduced rate of $89.99/night plus tax. Book your room directly by calling (812) 937-1902 and tell them you are with the Sugar & Spice Scrapbooks September Retreat. Santa's Lodge amenities include an indoor pool and hot tub as well as free breakfast.
Important Information: The crop room does have WiFi and outlets along the walls. Please bring a surge protector, extension cords, and painters tape for your cords if you have items that need to be plugged in.
The crop room will be locked each night. Room hours (central time) are as follows:
Friday 2:00pm - midnight
Saturday 9:00am - midnight
Sunday 9:00am - 3:30pm
Payment can be made via check to Cammie Kramer, 13009 Shamus Ct., Louisville, KY 40299 or by Venmo to @Camilla-Kramer-1 (If you choose purchase protection via Venmo, your fee is $155. This allows me to keep the price at $150 for everyone.) You will receive a confirmation email when your registration and payment has been processed (typically within 5 business days).
Cancellation and Refund Policy: Your cost (less a $25 processing fee) is fully refundable up to 30 days prior to the start date. All cancellations must be submitted via email to
