Join Ers (AIRS. Yoga & Wellness) for a weekly reset every Sunday night in the Forest Room. Door opens at 6:15 with our offering beginning at 6:30 PM and no late entry allowed. You’re encouraged to dress comfortably and invited to bring anything you’d like to help your meditation feel more enjoyable (i.e pillow and/or blanket of your own, eye mask, journal, crystals, etc.) With mats, meditation pillows, blankets, intention cards and pens provided, please be sure to book your spot online beforehand. You can expect to be invited to find comfortable stillness as you’re guided through a restorative sound bath meditation with the use of sound bowls, drums, chimes, rain sticks, ocean drums, and crystal pyramids.
