In this session I will teach you about breathwork, how to breath properly, and why its so important to our health. This short instruction is followed by 12 minutes of immersive breathwork designed to give you a boost of natural energy, help you to improve your focus and clarity, and leave you feeling ready to make a meaningful impact on your day.
Chakra Reading, 20 mins at $38
A chakra reading can give you detailed information about where you may have some imbalances in your energetic system. We will use oracle cards to read your current energy, its association in the body, and where you may need to clear and/or activate your chakras to help you move back into a state of energetic flow.
Chakra Reading with Energy Work, 30 mins at $58
A chakra reading can give you detailed information about where you may have some imbalances in your energetic system. We will use oracle cards to read your current energy, its association in the body, and where you may need to clear and/or activate your chakras to help you move back into a state of energetic flow. Energy work is then incorporated into the session (think meditation with creative visualization) to help clear any stuck or stagnant energy.
