The Juneteenth Freedom Fest

The NAACP Sandusky Unit 3199 is hosting its first Juneteenth Freedom Fest from June 20 to 22, 2025, at Jaycee Park. The three-day event will utilize the entire park, including Rather Field, Scott May Courts, and the Wightman-Wieber Park, and will feature family-oriented activities. Volunteers are invited to join weekly planning meetings on Tuesdays at 4 pm at Faith Christian Ministries, 200 Hancock Street. The next meeting is on March 25 at 4 pm. Contact information is available for those who have questions or wish to join the planning process.
