Downtown San Rafael Summer Market

The Agricultural Institute of Marin (AIM) thrilled to reimagine and bring back the San Rafael Summer Market. We’re trying a new concept focused on local makers and street foods on the 2nd Friday of June, July, and August from 5–9 PM on 4th Street. The Summer Market will be packed with flavor, handcrafted goods, and vibrant entertainment. This seasonal night market will light up Downtown San Rafael where you can support your local food makers, artisans, small businesses, and farmers.
The market will be held on June 13th, July 11th, and August 8th, from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm and will be located on 4th Street between Lootens Place and A Street, including the San Rafael City Plaza.

We’re elevating the experience this year with a lively musician series, plus interactive art activities and games for kids, making it the perfect summer night out for families and friends. The second Friday coincides with the 2nd Friday Art Walk, so we will amplify impact of both events so more local residents can come and see what makes San Rafael a cultural arts destination.
