Patrick Dennis Rib Challenge

Are you ready to prove that you are KING or QUEEN of the RIBS? Well this is your chance! Saturday, July 5th will be the Patrick Dennis Memorial Rib Challenge - WINNER TAKE ALL!

$100 Entry Fee
100% of all entry fees will be awarded to the first-place team. The Rib Challenge will PAY-BACK 100% of jackpot entry fees.

Entry deadline is Monday, June 30, 2025

Check-In begins at 6:00 pm on Friday, July 4, 2025
All spaces will be 30X30 and will be first come first served.

Teams are open to anyone.
Only one (1) team per barbeque pit.

Fires must be wood or charcoal. Pit may include gas or electricity to start a natural substance, but not to complete cooking.

The Cooks meeting will be held on Friday, July 4th, at 7 p.m. HEAD COOKS MUST ATTEND. There will be a Calcutta immediately following the Cooks Meeting. If your team would like to participate, it will be $50.

Turn-in time is 2:30 pm on Saturday, July 5th.
Awards will be given at 4:00 pm.
