About the event

Workshop: Yoga With Tendwell Collective

This is a gentle yoga class for all ages and experience levels. We'll move mindfully and slowly to soothe the nervous system, stretch the body and build a little strength and stability along the way. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one. A limited number will be available to borrow.

TendWell Collective is a San Francisco Bay Area group of wellness professionals envisioning a world where everyone has the resources, access, community and agency that they need to tend to their own wellness.

This program is held in the Steve Silver Music Center, located on the 4th floor of the Main Library.
