The Start With Compassion Project

Join me as I bring together a community of women to heal and support one another while exploring and engaging with my Start With Compassion® framework. When women in communities thrive, the people in those communities and the communities overall thrive.

This will be an interactive and transformative experience as I share my Start With Compassion® framework, along with actionable tools and practices to help you create a more compassionate world for yourself and those around you.

If you're ready to:

• Develop a deeper connection with yourself and those around you
• Approach life with a more open mind
• Cultivate a more patient perspective
• Let go of limiting beliefs
• Lead with gratitude
• Foster a possibilities mindset
• Turn the volume down on judgmental thoughts
• Show up as your best in the moments that matter to YOU

Then I welcome you to join me on Saturday, July 12, 2025 from 10:00 am - 2:00 PM PT in Mission Valley, San Diego.

Space is limited.

10% of the proceeds will be donated to a local charity. Those who attend will vote on the charity.

Day of details:

• Start With Compassion® workbooks and pens will be provided
• Light snacks will be provided, please consider bringing lunch (we have a refrigerator)
• For those that prefer sitting on the floor, bring what you are comfortable sitting and lying on; a mat and/or blanket, and a pillow or bolster
• There are also chairs to sit on
• There is plenty of free parking with ADA accessible parking and access
