Diabetes Education & Empowerment Program (DEEP) Self-Management
Join us for an informative and empowering series of workshops focused on managing diabetes symptoms to improve overall health. The DEEP Self-Management Program is designed to help you take control of your health and well-being. Learn practical tips and strategies to effectively manage your diabetes and improve your quality of life.
Location: Schaefer Branch Library
Meeting dates will be on Thursdays beginning June 26th and ending August 14th. This workshop series will meet once a week for 8 weeks in order to cover a variety of topics in an in-depth way. Trained peer-educators will lead this small group learning environment following a detailed curriculum developed by subject matter experts. Don't miss this opportunity to gain valuable knowledge and support in a welcoming environment. Whether you are newly diagnosed or have been living with diabetes for years, this workshop series is for you.
