Emotional Release Breathwork + Soundbath

Explore deep breathing techniques that stimulate the body's natural healing abilities. By consciously connecting with our breath, we can release emotional blockages, reduce stress, and cultivate a sense of inner peace and clarity. This practice allows us to tap into our subconscious and access profound states of self-awareness and personal growth.

Come explore this healing class with Jared, who works hard at creating a safe space for you to let go. Shanti will take over towards the end of the breathwork to create a safe space for your nervous system to reset with a healing sound bath session. The combo of these two is divine!

Cost of this 2 hour class is $50, however if you want to attend and can’t afford to please reach out as we want anyone who could use this to have the opportunity. 🫶🏽

Come comfy, we’ll provide the space, yoga mats, pillows & blankets. However you’re welcome to bring your own. ✨🎶
