Stepping On Fall Prevention Workshop

The Stepping On fall prevention workshop gives you the power to prevent a fall! With just a few simple changes to your daily routine, home environment and health habits, you can reduce your risk and keep doing the things you love!

Preventing falls in seniors is critical to safeguard their overall well-being and independence, as falls can lead to serious injuries, reduced mobility, and a decline in quality of life.

This free workshop features strength and balance exercises taught along with other strategies to build confidence and to prevent falls inside and outside the home.

The next Stepping On workshop will be offered at MAC on Wednesdays, June 18 to July 30, from 10 a.m. to noon in the Education Wing at MAC. Additional classes will be scheduled.
