An 8 week course in Salisbury for adults who are keen to learn about mindfulness and improve their wellbeing. Each session will include a mix of guided mindfulness practice, theory and discussion.
Home practice most days between sessions (ideally every day) is essential to cultivate new habits of mindfulness in everyday life.
In this course, you will learn:
- How to be more present, to recognise mind-wandering and ‘autopilot’.
- How to use mindfulness to respond instead of react.
- How to ‘step back’ a little from our direct experience so that we can see it more clearly, and so choose a kinder response.
- Many different mindfulness practices.
- How to build what you have learnt into your everyday life.
When:
6pm - 7.30pm on Wednesdays from 11th February to 1st April 2026.
