Recommit to your Yoga practice with an eight week series designed to elevate your consciousness and support you in your spiritual growth through a regular and disciplined practice of Asana, Pranayama and Mediation.

This Series is designed to progressively build though drop-ins are welcome if space permits. Please pre-register.

Your guide for this series is Kate Gross, who is trained in Raja Yoga, also known as "royal yoga”. This is a form of Classical Yoga is rooted in the teachings of Patanjali and Ashtanga Yoga (the 8 limbs) that focuses on the inner journey to self-realization with an aim of spiritual awakening.
