Reset & Renew

Every 2nd and 4th Tuesday, join us for SHINE Reset & Renewal—a welcoming class where community, movement, stillness, and sound come together in one intentional flow. Each gathering blends somatic practices like gentle yoga, QiGong, meditation, vagus nerve exercises, sound bowls, and reflection—woven to calm the nervous system, restore energy, and invite inner peace. Whether you’re new to these practices or experienced, you’ll find space to belong, reconnect, and shine.

No experience necessary. Wear comfy clothes and bring a mat if possible.

Please park in the upper west lot of the church.

This is not a religious gathering, the church generously donates the space.
