Visiting the Elemental Spirits: Gnomes, Salamander, Sylphs and Undines

The magicians and alchemists knew the world was made from Earth, Air, Fire and Water, and within these four elements were four types of spirits, called elementals, that could be called upon for magick and healing. Within fire are the dragon-like spirits of the salamanders. Within earth are the crafty gnomes. The air held the faery winged sylphs and the water held the mer-people called undines. Learn about the elementals, their kings and angels, and experience a guided journey to commune with your own elemental spirit guides. They can help you heal, balance and manifest blessings in your life.
