Then light the spark of imagination with a demonstration on paint gazing, and discover the power that awakens in us when we allow colors and shapes to evoke new perspectives. Get ready to create your own images through a guided meditation and harness the energy of brushstrokes, or scribbles, and learn how to turn those into your own masterpiece from a place of profound introspection.
