Cooking Classes with Kids: Discover MyPlate! (ages 4-8 years)

Join Heidi Buck with the SNAP-ed Program from the OSU Extension Columbiana County for a series all about nutrition. You can learn about what’s good to eat from Mary Dairy, Farrah Fruit, Jane Grain, Dean Protein, and Reggie Veggie. Each session will feature a story, an exercise activity, a food tasting, and plenty of fun along the way! All materials for these programs will be provided.
