About the event

Community Fitness Challenge — In Honor of Officer Shafer

Your Best Self is hosting a COMMUNITY FITNESS CHALLENGE — In Honor of Officer Shafer Badge Number S3 with 25 years of service — Saturday June 21, 2025, from 12:00 - 3:00pm. Due to his Badge Number and years of service, our workout will start and end with a 300-meter run / walk in our parking lot. The exercises in between will consist of 3 Rounds of the following movements, all of which can be modified for any participant:

- 25 pushups
- 25 squats
- 25 sit ups
- 25 kettlebell swings
- 25 burpees - can be modified
- Starting and ending with a 300-meter run / walk

$15 Entry Fee / Free to all police officers.
100% of the PROCEEDS go to the Salem, Ohio Policy Charity of choice (to be announced).

TWO TIME OPTIONS: 12:00 to 1:30 PM and 1:30 to 3:00 PM
