Holly Jolly Tamale Class: Christmas in July

Includes welcome appetizer, mid-class snack, end of class dessert, and non-alcoholic beverages or 1 alcoholic beverage. Additional alcoholic beverages available for purchase. You will learn tips, tricks, techniques, and recipes to make tamales at home. During the class you will make 1 dozen tamales and be given instructions on how to take home to cook. Phone a friend or call the fam and get signed up. (Must be 21 and up for alcoholic beverages)
