HartYoga - Journey through the Chakras

This HartYoga class series is a journey through the Chakras. We begin and end with a concept overview class. Each week we explore a different Chakra energy center. This is a gentle yoga class session and open to the public. We meet in the round and begin each class with a concept review and discussion. 75 minute class includes a Chakra based yoga session. Explore chakra based sound, mantra, Asana, Pranayama, and much more! Each class is an experience. $15 per class cash/check/Venmo. Class passes available !
