This practice invites you to awaken your body, stir your breath, release emotions, and eventually dive into deep observation and inner silence.

Meditation Format: Meditation is for EVERYONE - No prior experience necessary
Duration: 1 Hour
45 minutes: Active or passive movement
15 minutes: Complete Silence
+10-15 minutes before: Quite individual preparation / Centering
+10-15 minutes after: Silent integration and gentle return. Sharing is not usually facilitated after to encourage everyone to stay present with their own inner experience.
Total Commitment Time: 1 hour and 30 minutes
