Experience the art and science of lacto-fermentation to create live probiotics in your food. This Yogurt: Hands-On Class will demonstrate how to create delicious probiotic yogurt in your own kitchen. Participants will make and take a pint of raw fermented Yogurt. Option of dairy or non-dairy will be arranged with each participant. The rest of the ferment will happen in your kitchen. Class includes all necessary materials, Hand-outs, “Happy Belly Tasting” from Katie’s Cultured Kitchen private stocks, and Q&A discussions.
