Experience the art and science of lacto-fermentation to create live probiotics in your food. This Veggie Fermenting Hands-On Class will demonstrate how to create delicious probiotic vegetables in your own kitchen. Participants will make and take a quart of raw lacto-fermented seasonal organic vegetables. The rest of the ferment will happen in your kitchen. Class includes all necessary materials, Hand-outs, “Happy Belly Tasting” from Katie’s Cultured Kitchen private stocks, and Q&A discussions.
