Stillness Beneath the Fire: A Mid-Summer Reset Sound Healing

uly carries a certain magic and intensity — bright skies, fireworks, full social schedules. And while summer brings joy , it can also bring overextension and burnout. Stillness Beneath the Fire is a restorative sound bath experience designed to help you slow down and return to your center in the heart of the season.

Jen crafted this session to focus on cooling the nervous system and softening emotional overstimulation, inviting a more reflective, internal pause to balance summer’s outward heat. We will begin with a guided meditation to gently quiet the mind and soften the body. From there, you’ll be immersed in the calming resonance of crystal singing bowls, ocean drum, Koshi chimes, and other healing instruments — all intentionally selected to soothe the nervous system and restore inner balance.

Whether you’ve been feeling overstimulated, scattered, or simply in need of a deeper exhale — this is your invitation to pause. To rest. To reconnect with your breath, your body, and your own quiet strength beneath the fire of summer’s pace.
