It is the magic that disperses the clouds and creates sunshine in the soul.
Come and join Janet Shore in some super fun play where we will giggle and laugh for healthy benefits.
No fancy pants or poses, no mats required.
The only thing you need is your willingness to bring your Inner Child out to play.
Janet Shore is a retired pharmacist with a love of all modalities holistic and integrative. Now she is a certified Laughter Yoga Leader, helping others increase raise their vibration.
Laughter Yoga was founded by a Medical Doctor to help reduce our stress.
