Come and join us at the studio for Journey Beyond Healing Sound with Janet.

Janet will guide you through a sound journey using various healing sounds through insturments to promote well-being and relaxation. This journey aims to improve emotional and spiritual healing by creating a calming environment that triggers your body's relaxation response.

Please feel free to bring your anti gravity chair or yoga mat, a pillow and light blanket, your journal, water ~ anything that will assist you on your journey.
