Inside the program, you’ll learn how to:
Move in ways that reduce fatigue and support energy
Build strength to protect bone health and metabolism
Manage weight changes with knowledge and sample recipes/meals
Support mood, sleep, and stress through intentional movement
Feel capable and in control of your body again
Each week blends guided workouts, simple education, and real-life strategies you can sustain beyond the program.
