Ever wonder what our health program is all about?
Here's your chance! We will be teaching the 4 components of our health program that makes it fun + sustainable for your long term health. You'll hear inspiration from other locals of how their lives have been transformed in physical, mental, emotional, and financial health through a simple structure + support. You are welcome to our free healthy community events whether you're a client or not - we believe in supporting each other in health!
This event is put on with YOU in mind as we all need a great, uplifting community + some healthy eats and recipes!
