The Heart in Ayurveda: Sadhaka Pitta Series

Learn how the mind serves the wisdom of the heart while building meaningful connections through ancient wisdom and modern insights.s with an intentionally guided sound healing practice to better integrate your journey. No prior experience needed to attend; all are welcome.
