Step into your sanctuary - a space to soften, slow down, and reconnect. Sanctuary of Sound is a monthly guided meditation, breathwork, and sound healing experience designed to help you release stress, regulate your nervous system, and realign with your true self.
Through intentional breath, grounding meditation, and the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, this class offers a full-body energetic reset - inviting peace, clarity, and deep relaxation.
Whether you're moving through a season of stress, feeling disconnected, or simply seeking stillness, this is your invitation to return to your center.
What to Bring:
Yoga mat
Blanket
Pillow
Eye pillow or scarf
Water bottle
Anything else to make you feel cozy and supported
(Note: Extra blankets will be available at the studio if needed.)

Do I need experience with meditation or sound baths?
Not at all! This class is open to all levels. You’ll be gently guided through the entire experience.
Can I come if I’m feeling emotional or going through a hard time?
Absolutely. This space is held with care and compassion. Many people find sound baths supportive during emotional transitions.
What should I wear?
Wear something comfortable and cozy. Layers are great - your body temperature may drop during deep relaxation.
What if I fall asleep?
That’s totally okay (and common!). Your body and mind will still receive the benefits of the sound vibrations.
