100hr Mat Pilates Certification Program

Program Description: Our Pilates Instructor Training Certification Program is designed to equip aspiring instructors with the knowledge, skills, and practical experience to lead effective Pilates sessions. This comprehensive program covers the foundational principles, exercises, and teaching techniques essential for guiding clients through a Pilates practice.
Participants will delve into the core principles of Pilates, including breath control, centering, concentration, precision, control, and flow. The curriculum provides an in-depth understanding of each Pilates exercise, modifications for diverse fitness levels, and the anatomy behind the movements. The program places a strong emphasis on proper body alignment, effective cueing, and creating client-centered sessions.
Our experienced instructor will guide you through a combination of theoretical learning, practical sessions, and real-world teaching experiences. You will have the opportunity to apply your knowledge in a hands-on environment, receiving valuable feedback to refine your teaching skills.

Tuition : $1800 +gst non-refundable Deposit: $400 +gst)
Payment Plan: the full tuition is $1800+gst, so when you place your deposit on the course ($400+gst) this goes towards your tuition. The remaining $1400 is broken up into two payments the first payment being due on the first day of training, the second payment being due on the 6th day of training.

Final Exam Written: There is a written exam at the end of this training, it can be done on the last day of training or any additional time with in 6 months after the last day of training. A mark of 80% must be achieved before scheduling your practice. This is an open book exam. Students may retake the test as many times as needed.
Practical:60 minute class in person $50 non-refundable booking fee (most be completed with in 6 month of your last day of training) A mark of 80% must be achieved to pass. If the final written and practical is not completed with in 6months a refresher private session will be required at the cost of $50/hour.

Missed time Some hours may be made up by completing an online portion (depending on the content missed) if the missed content is not available online hour can be made up one on one with the instructor at the cost of $50/hour.

Progressing clients from foundational movements to more advanced exercises How to safely guide clients through challenging variations Using props to enhance strength and stability in more advanced exercises
Tailoring Pilates exercises to individual needs, including modifications for injuries, pre/postnatal clients, and varying fitness levels Contraindications for specific populations Effective cueing: Verbal, visual, and hands-on adjustments Creating safe, inclusive, and client-centered Pilates classes
Observation of experienced Pilates teachers (10 hours) Practice teaching under supervision, with real-time feedback and coaching (10 hours) Developing your personalized teaching style
Self-Practice and Independent Study
Encouragement of regular self-practice to deepen understanding of the exercises (10 hours) Ongoing content review to reinforce learning and build confidence
