Our program is perfect whether you're brand new to teaching or looking to deepen your Pilates knowledge. You’ll gain a solid foundation in classical Mat Pilates, learn how to teach and modify all 34 original exercises, and develop the tools to lead inclusive, safe, and effective classes with confidence. The training includes in-person weekends, hands-on teaching experience, a printed manual, movement classes, and more.
