Summer Yoga & Soundbath Mini Retreat

Spend the morning with us as we practice a gentle, all levels yoga while immersed in the healing sounds of Hummingbird Harmonics. Travel to a deep state of relaxation during an extra long sound healing meditation. Enjoy a light fare of fruits, cheeses and pastries! Lavender eye pillow included for a truly blissful experience!
