Spoken Word Workshop and Open Mic Practice

Calling all Saginaw-area Spoken Word poets--new poets, experienced poets, even those who love spoken word but don't consider themselves poets yet! Join Floet and Miss Jones for an evening of writing and sharing our work.

We'll start with writing and sharing from 6:30-7:30 PM, followed by 30 minutes of open mic practice. Bring pieces for upcoming events (Hoyt Library slam on Sept 10, Roethke Open House open mic on Sept 13) or just come practice performing in a supportive environment. All skill levels welcome!

Please arrive by 6:30 so we can all begin together.
