Renew & Rediscover You Wellness Retreat

Celebrate the solstice and your light through self-discovery, movement, reflection and intention setting. Join us for a half-day wellness retreat that will support your wellbeing and personal growth.

Dr. Jackie Cawley will be your guide for the session and use a series of prompts and exercises to help you gain clarity, embrace your authentic self and adopt a mindset of abundance and possibility. Slow flow yoga practices will be incorporated into the session to help foster mindfulness and honor the solstice.

The event will include light refreshments both before and after the sessions, along with time to build community with a group of like-minded individuals and the opportunity to meet Dr. Cawley in person and learn more about her journey as a new author. Each participant will also receive a “Solstice Fun Bag” which will include a sun catcher, yoga socks, blingy pen, sun glasses, decorative tin, wildflower butterfly attracting seed packet, and local goodies.

Dr. Cawley's book Power Up: 7 Transformational to Own Your Power and Have More Joy in Your Life, will be available for purchase and book signing at a reduced cost.
