The Safety Harbor Public Library will be holding a free ‘hands-only’ CPR class presented by representatives from BayCare Health System on Thursday June 12 2025 at 6:30 pm.
‘Hands-only’ CPR is a simplified method of CPR that involves performing chest compressions without rescue breaths. This method of CPR can significantly improve outcomes for individuals experiencing an emergency. Participants will also learn to recognize signs of cardiac arrest or stroke and how to use an AED.
Please note: This is an informational class focused on basics of ‘hands-only’ CPR and does not lead to CPR certification. Registration is required at https://events.safetyharborlibrary.org/event/cprclass
