Qigong at Rock Mama Gallery (4:30 session)

Qigong classes at Rock Mama are scheduled for the rest of the year! Our next classes are on Saturday June 7 at 2:30 or 4:30 in the Rock Mama studio classroom. $15-$25 sliding scale.

Classes are taught by Anne Silvestri, Certified Group Fitness Instructor. Book now on their website in the classes and events page. You can sign up for classes throughout the whole year. Let's get our Qi moving together!
