Teja will teach this retreat in person in Sacramento.
Teja writes: On Saturday February 10th 2024 we celebrate the Chinese and Tibetan New Year ~ The Year of the Wood Dragon that begins today.
In honor of the New Year, today will feature Dragon Qigong practices and Mindful Meditation. This is a beautiful merger of mindful practice the connects the 5 Elements Qigong and the vast array of Dragon Qigong.
These healing and restorative practices are easy to learn and practice and weave a beautiful tapestry of embodied skill and contemplative practice.
We offer this program on a sliding scale of $30 - $150, which includes a donation for the teacher. However, we turn no one away for lack of funds. We have a sliding-scale option for individuals who pay below our registration range.
Note: if you need a full scholarship, contact the coordinator, Patty, at cGF0dHkgISBzYm1nIHwgZ21haWwgISBjb20= or for other questions.
