Help shape the future of housing in Saco!
Saco’s Housing Action Plan is underway, and we want you to be part of the process. This plan will create a community-driven roadmap to support a range of housing options for people of all ages and income levels. Whether you're a longtime resident, a new neighbor, a local business owner, or a developer, your input is essential.
We invite you to attend one or more of our upcoming Public Listening Sessions this spring and summer. Each session focuses on housing in a different part of the city and gives you a chance to share your thoughts, experiences, and ideas.

There will also be one more opportunity to participate during a public workshop with the City Council this summer, before the plan is finalized in early 2026.
