Prenatal Yoga classes

Are you an expecting mum looking for a gentle and supportive way to stay active, prepare for birth, and connect with other mums-to-be? Our Prenatal Yoga Classes are designed just for you!

💖 More than just yoga! You'll join a welcoming community, be added to a WhatsApp group with other mums, and enjoy a social meet-up during the course.

📍 Wednesdays 7:30PM-8:30PM – Southborough Civic Centre, 137 London Road, TN4 0NA

No yoga experience needed – all levels welcome!
