Dad and Baby Yoga

We are happy to share the details about our next the most popular monthly session - DAD AND BABY YOGA in May 2025!

Held at the weekend this unique session will enable dad's to have some precious one-to-one bonding time with their baby as well as a chance to meet and network with other dads within the session.

The session focuses on a handful of baby yoga poses movements and baby soothing techniques teaching fathers:

- how to to aid digestion and sleep

- release the tension from baby’s hips after a long journey in the car seat

- tips for comforting a grumpy baby

- ideas to take away for playing with your little one at home

* No previous experience of yoga is necessary

* Recommended for babies from 8 weeks till active crawling

* Saturday 31st May @11:30am-12:30pm
