Murder Mystery Evenings at the Spa Valley Railway

Join us for one of our popular Murder Mystery evenings!

There was a murder in the sleepy little Cornish village of Morlington Hill during the 1940s and the police have drawn a blank on apprehending the villain! We're calling on you to sleuth it out and find the murderer over a few drinks and a fish and chip supper on board one of our heritage trains!

Performed by a regular group of professional actors, including Abi Harris, Radley Mason and Max Day, you can come along to try your hand at solving a murder; it is up to you to find out whodunnit, you might even win a prize!

The evening starts at Tunbridge Wells West Station with a briefing; then, we transfer to our train, where the story gets more interesting as the night draws in. On our way out of Tunbridge Wells West, enjoy a Fish and Chip supper as you travel through the High Weald countryside to Eridge.

Upon arrival at our country station, more of the story will unfold! At the end of the evening when the train arrives back at Tunbridge Wells West all will become clear in the engine shed.

Our bar car, "Kate", or our buffet car, sells alcoholic beverages, including beers, ciders, lagers, wines and soft drinks, and will be open throughout the evening.

Every performance of the Morlington Mysteries is different, so there is no harm in repeating it!

Price: £58 per adult, which includes an evening meal, show and train rides. Each Murder Mystery Event is approx 3 hours long.
