Meditative Yoga in the Park | Grant Park, Royal Oak

A meditative, nature-centered yoga practice open to all levels.

Now in its ninth year, this community class has offered a steady space to slow down, reconnect, and move with intention under the open sky.

We usually gather under the pine trees on the east side of the soccer field in Grant Park (Royal Oak). It's helpful to bring a blanket for under your mat, but not required. Please also bring water and layers in case of breeze or sun.

This is a donation-based class.
Suggested donation is $15–$25 — your support is appreciated but never required. All are welcome.
