3:00–4:00pm – Silent Reading in the studio

Slide into our cozy, dim-lit space with a bolster, a blanket, and a hot cup of Seven Sundays tea. Then? No talking. Just reading. Just vibes.

4:00–5:00pm – Restore Class

Wrap it all up with our signature Restore — an hour of gentle movement, breath, and pure nervous system bliss.
